Sitewatch välkomnar rapporter om säkerhetsproblem i våra produkter och tjänster.
Har du hittat en sårbarhet, rapportera den till security@sitewatch.se. Beskriv problemet, berörd produkt eller tjänst och steg för att återskapa det.
Våra åtaganden
Vi bekräftar mottagandet inom 2 arbetsdagar och lämnar en första bedömning inom 5 arbetsdagar. Vi håller dig informerad om åtgärdsarbetet.

Sitewatch-plattformen, Sitewatch Cloud Connector, Sitewatch kamerapåle, Sitewatch-kameror samt sitewatch.se.
Spelregler
Testa aldrig mot kunders produktionsmiljöer, ingen social engineering, ingen förändring eller exfiltrering av data. Får du oavsiktligt åtkomst till data, avbryt och rapportera direkt.
Safe harbour
Rapporter som lämnas i god tro och enligt denna policy leder inte till rättsliga åtgärder från Sitewatch.
Samordnad publicering
Vi ber dig vänta 90 dagar innan detaljer publiceras, så att användare hinner uppdatera. Vi krediterar gärna rapportörer som önskar det.
Report a vulnerability
Sitewatch welcomes reports of security issues in our products and services. If you have found a vulnerability, please report it to security@sitewatch.se. Describe the issue, the affected product or service, and steps to reproduce it.
Our commitments
We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide an initial assessment within 5 business days. We will keep you informed about our remediation work.
Scope
The Sitewatch platform, Sitewatch Cloud Connector, Sitewatch camera pole, Sitewatch cameras, and sitewatch.se.
Rules of engagement
Never test against customer production environments, no social engineering, no modification or exfiltration of data. If you unintentionally gain access to data, stop and report it immediately.
Safe harbour
Reports submitted in good faith and in accordance with this policy will not result in legal action from Sitewatch.
Coordinated disclosure
We ask you to wait 90 days before publishing details, so that users have time to update. We are happy to credit reporters who wish to be named.
