Har du hittat en sårbarhet, rapportera den till security@sitewatch.se. Beskriv problemet, berörd produkt eller tjänst och steg för att återskapa det.
security@sitewatch.se är vår kontaktpunkt för säkerhetsfrågor om våra produkter, även för användare och partners.
Våra åtaganden
Vi bekräftar mottagandet inom 2 arbetsdagar och lämnar en första bedömning inom 5 arbetsdagar. Vi håller dig informerad om åtgärdsarbetet.
Omfattning
Sitewatch-plattformen (app.sitewatch.se och molntjänsten), Sitewatch Cloud Connector, Sitewatch Security hub, Sitewatch Drone Watch, Sitewatch kamerapåle, kameror som säljs under Sitewatch namn samt sitewatch.se.
Spelregler
Testa aldrig mot kunders produktionsmiljöer, ingen social engineering, ingen förändring eller exfiltrering av data. Får du oavsiktligt åtkomst till data, avbryt och rapportera direkt.
Safe harbour
Rapporter som lämnas i god tro och enligt denna policy leder inte till rättsliga åtgärder från Sitewatch.
Samordnad publicering
Vi ber dig vänta 90 dagar innan detaljer publiceras, så att användare hinner uppdatera. Vi krediterar gärna rapportörer som önskar det.
Aktivt utnyttjade sårbarheter och allvarliga incidenter
Aktivt utnyttjade sårbarheter och allvarliga incidenter som påverkar säkerheten i våra produkter anmäler vi till CERT-SE och ENISA enligt EU:s cyberresiliensförordning. Berörda användare får information om händelsen och om vad de kan göra.

Här publicerar vi meddelanden om åtgärdade sårbarheter i våra produkter, med berörda versioner, allvarlighetsgrad och åtgärd.

Report a vulnerability
Sitewatch welcomes reports of security issues in our products and services. If you have found a vulnerability, please report it to security@sitewatch.se. Describe the issue, the affected product or service, and steps to reproduce it.
security@sitewatch.se is our single point of contact for security matters concerning our products, including for users and partners.
Our commitments
We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide an initial assessment within 5 business days. We will keep you informed about our remediation work.
Scope
The Sitewatch platform (app.sitewatch.se and the cloud service), Sitewatch Cloud Connector, Sitewatch Security hub, Sitewatch Drone Watch, the Sitewatch camera pole, cameras sold under the Sitewatch name, and sitewatch.se.
Rules of engagement
Never test against customer production environments, no social engineering, no modification or exfiltration of data. If you unintentionally gain access to data, stop and report it immediately.
Safe harbour
Reports submitted in good faith and in accordance with this policy will not result in legal action from Sitewatch.
Coordinated disclosure
We ask you to wait 90 days before publishing details, so that users have time to update. We are happy to credit reporters who wish to be named.
Actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents
We report actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents affecting the security of our products to CERT-SE and ENISA under the EU Cyber Resilience Act. Affected users are informed about the event and what they can do.

We publish advisories about fixed vulnerabilities in our products here, with affected versions, severity and remediation.
